GENERAL
CONDITIONS
These general conditions apply to any reservation for COMPTOIR
SAINT-HILAIRE made via Internet. They are an integral part of
the contract. Offers and general conditions detailed here are
valid on the day of consultation. They may be periodically updated;
however any reservation will be honoured on the date of the stay
under the specified conditions.BED AND BREAKFAST STAY
Rentals are daily and go from 15h00 to 12h00.
RESERVATION
In order to check availability or to make a request for reservation,
please send your application via the booking form.
1. We will confirm the availability of your room by e-mail.
2. You can then return your confirmation by e-mail and the completed
and signed reservation by mail together with a guarantee deposit
of a value of 30% of the total value of the reservation
3. Without receipt of a valid reservation form and the guarantee
deposit as detailed above we reserve the right to cancel the contract
without prior warning.
The balance must be settled at the end of the stay.
MODIFICATION - CANCELLATION
Any modification, or cancellation (partial or total) must be made
in writing by the customer. Our acceptation must also be confirmed
by us in writing. In case of disagreement we reserve the right
to invalidate the request and apply the following penalties.
For any cancellation :
In case of a cancellation by the customer at least 30 days before
the date of the stay the guarantee deposit of 30% will be reimbursed.
In case of a cancellation less than 15 days before the stay the
guarantee deposit of 30% will be retained by COMPTOIR SAINT-HILAIRE.
If, for reasons beyond our control, we were unable to accommodate
the customers in the B&B rooms initially booked, we reserve
the right to provide accommodation for these persons in an equivalent
house without any additional cost.
RATES
The prices are net prices and are supplied as an indication only;
they may be modified at any moment without notice. They do not
include local tourist taxes, insurance and personal expenses.
The prices mentioned on the day of reservation may be revised
solely to take into account the variations of transport costs,
fees and taxes relating to the services offered or the exchange
rate to be applied during the period considered. During the thirty
days preceding the start date of the stay, the price set in the
contract cannot be increased.
INVOICING AND PAYMENT METHOD
Our final invoice is payable at the start of the stay without
discount for early payment. Invoicing and payment are carried
out in euros; the customer takes charge of bank costs.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
Any litigation relating to the present reservation will be dealt
with by the relevant local tribunals in the Gard.
